Marriage, period, isn't in the constitution! The closes the constitution comes to this is to say you can't impeade on civil rights. No where is there any explicate mention of what is and is not a marriage. IF people are so sure that marriage is man an women only, than the gov should stop handing out marriage license and only hand out civil union ones. That way, it will be up to the individual church/religious organization to decide who gets married in the eyes of God.
