That has to be the most retarded thing I've ever heard. Have you thought that maybe the percentages are only higher because WHITE PEOPLE (or at least, lighter-skinned people) hold a greater percentage overall of the human population, and therefore the PSYCHO, DISABLED, DYSFUNCTIONAL, CRAZY and MENTALLY DISTURBED minds (By the way, I find "Psycho" offensive) numbers tend to count higher than people of other colors?
